Jessica Miller
Athletic Training Resident
Jessica Miller was born and raised in Absecon, New Jersey, and earned her Bachelors of Science from Pennsylvania State University studying Kinesiology. After graduation, she worked as a physical therapist aide for three years while earning her NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification. Through this experience, she discovered her passion for sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement, leading her to pursue a Master of Science in Athletic Training at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has since also earned her NSAM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification.
During her graduate training, Jessica completed five immersive clinical rotations at the University of Pennsylvania, Springside Chestnuthill Academy, Jefferson Sports and Exercise Medicine Clinic, Philadelphia Union (MLS Organization), and Saint Joseph's University. These experiences allowed her to work alongside team physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and strength and conditioning coaches while developing a strong foundation in orthopedic and sports medicine. She is excited to continue expanding her clinical skills in the orthopedic setting and gain further exposure to orthopedic surgery.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, strength training, running, reading, surfing, snowboarding, and watching football (Go Birds!). She is excited to call Colorado home and looks forward to embracing the mountain lifestyle.
